I am building an onboarding service for a Mexican financial institution and require a reliable CURP API for real-time identity verification. The CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población) is a critical data point — without a valid CURP, we cannot proceed with KYC or credit scoring.

Our technical requirements are as follows:

Protocol: RESTful API with JSON responses (no SOAP, no screen scraping)
Response time: Under 2 seconds at the 95th percentile
Sandbox: Full test environment with synthetic CURP test cases
Data compliance: Provider must operate under LFPDPPP and ideally have ISO 27001
