What education records does the SEP education records API Mexico actually contain? I'm trying to scope a background screening product and want to understand the full data model before building integrations.
Specifically: does it cover primary/secondary/bachillerato records, or only tertiary education? Are vocational certificates (CONALEP, CECATI) included? And are records from private institutions reliably in the database?
