Mexico official records API for compliance teams?

SAT fiscal status via third-party APIs is well-established. RPP (Public Commerce Registry) is still mostly manual or state-by-state systems without unified API. Judicial sanctions are patchwork at best.

We're a risk intelligence company and need to build a pipeline that queries Mexico official records API sources for our corporate due diligence reports. The records we need: SAT fiscal status, Public Registry of Commerce (RPP) entries, and any judicial/administrative sanctions.
Which of these are accessible via official APIs vs manual queries vs authorized data resellers? I want to understand the legal and technical path for each data type.
