What's considered "public record" in Mexico from an API perspective? I'm building a due diligence platform and want to know which data I can legally access via a Mexico public records API without requiring the subject's consent.
My understanding: RFC status is public (SAT publishes it), 69-B list is public, INEGI data is public. What about CURP — is querying someone's CURP without consent legal? And are corporate beneficial ownership records (per LFPIORPI) accessible via API?
