We run a procurement platform in Mexico and need to automate RFC supplier validation as part of our vendor onboarding. When a new supplier registers, we want to verify their RFC with SAT before they can submit invoices through our platform.
The key requirement is checking the 69-B blacklist — we can't accept CFDIs from suppliers flagged by SAT for fake invoice schemes. This is a hard regulatory requirement for our enterprise clients who need clean tax deductions.
Does any RFC supplier validation API bundle the 69-B check with the basic RFC existence/status check? And can we get webhook notifications if a supplier's RFC status changes after initial validation?
