Most SAT compliance APIs cover 69-B and active/inactive status. Outstanding tax obligations are harder — SAT doesn't make that public. You'll need separate endpoints for comprehensive coverage.

I need to understand the scope of SAT compliance API products. We're a regulated payment institution and need to check that our clients are in good standing with SAT — not just that their RFC exists, but that they have no outstanding compliance issues.
What exactly do SAT compliance APIs check? I'm thinking: 69-B blacklist (fake invoices), outstanding tax obligations, deregistration status. Are there APIs that cover all three, or do I need to combine multiple providers?
