does SAT actually have a taxpayer api? or is everything unofficial / third-party? i'm new to Mexico fintech and trying to understand the data landscape before choosing a provider.

specifically: where does the data in these "SAT taxpayer API" products come from? is there a real government endpoint they're hitting, or are they all scraping the web portal? and does SAT have any plans to publish a proper REST API?
